Concentrate vs. Not from Concentrate Apple Juice

Hi all!

I recently rec'd the OK to give my DS apple juice. My DH and I went to the grocery store but then didn't know if we should buy 100% Apple Juice from Concentrate or 100% Apple Juice Not from Concentrate. (FYI - the Apple Juice from Concentrate says "Unsweetened").

Does anybody have any knowledge on this?

FWIW, I usually buy the "not from concentrate" version but I water it down. If they're drinking juice (my oldest 2 prefer milk), I put about a 1/3 juice to 2/3 water - I don't want them getting a ton of calories from juice and then have no appetites for meals.
