I've been meaning to post this for a while. A woman in my playgroup was feeding her baby jarred baby food while they were traveling, and their were some small slivers of glass in the food that her son swallowed. He had to go to the ER and he was coughing up blood.
So make sure you inspect the jar closely when you open it! She said even looking at it afterward it was very hard to see where there was any glass missing from the jar, which is scary.
