How many ounces of fluid for a one-year-old?

DS still has two 6 oz bottles/day and takes tiny sips of water or milk from a sippy cup (maybe 1-2 ounces total). But, I want to work toward eliminating the bottles but am concerned about him getting enough fluids. How many ounces of milk is average for a one-year-old? And how much water should he be drinking? We have not given him any juice yet.

We just weaned the bottles last week. DS takes 6 oz of milk with each meal - 18 oz total). He gets water with snacks but doesn't drink much 1-2 oz.
