Solids Feeding Schedule

I somehow pitched all the printed material I had from Charlotte. Now that Claire has started solids, I can't remember how much and when. Seems dumb but after two years, I simply can't remember what I did with Charlotte. I am feeding single grain cereal with some fruit mixed in twice per day. Testing for 3 days with each veggie, etc.. But can anyone point me to something online? Can't seem to find anything.

Hope those are helpful. I think each kid is different, as to how much they eat and how often. My son eats three times a day only because its a social thing. If he sleeps through a meal its not a big deal. Meals aren't that important at this stage.
