What a mess a 7 mo old makes!!! He just loves to grab the spoon as I'm feeding him. He then shoves it into his mouth...resulting in food just about everywhere (face, floor, highchair, hands, me)

OK, I must admit he looks too cute with an orange sweet potato mustache and cheeks...it definitely gets me laughing. But oy vey!!! it would be nice to have him give up and admit that he doesn't have very good aim (lol). I appreciate the humor and learning experience, but I wish sometimes he would just let me feed him (nice and neat)!
...can't we just eat in peace... :)

It is very cute, but messy.

It helps me to give Anna a spoon to "use" herself while I use another to actually feed her. Sometimes it works better than other times...and sometimes we need 4 spoons to get through a meal. Enjoy :)

I do what Cindy does. I give DS his own spoon to play with while I feed him with another sppon. I really like the take and toss spoons. $1.99 for about 6 spoons. Can't beat that with a stick.
