I have not had a chance to go to the grocery store yet (napping baby), but there is always Google in the meanwhile.
Here are a couple of interesting articles on bread. Allison, the pdf document states that the two Pepperidge Farm varieties you were interested in, are indeed WHOLE GRAIN.
