My midwife said it was OK for the baby but has been shown to decrease milk supply in some people. HTH.

Edited to Add: I used it and it had no effect on my supply.

I had the green light for this. They said it COULD decrease your milk production. It did not have any adverse affects on me. I needed it!!!!

Yes, it's okay. I did notice a drop in what I pumped when I took Sudafed, but went back to normal within a couple of days of stopping.
