I bought a PIS Traveler (the original not the advanced) at www.breast-pumps.com and was very happy with the price and the fast, free shipping. The Advanced Backpack is now available for $239, and the site is run by a lactation specialist who is also an authorized Medela dealer. If you buy from someone who is not an authorized seller, for example on ebay, Medela may not honor the warranty - so be sure to ask before ordering.
