I know the white is supposed to be allergenic and it's on the list my ped gave for not introducing until close to 1 yr. How do you go about avoiding it when it can be an ingredient in other foods that I think DD might want to try as finger food. Like pancakes. That's the only example I can think of right now. I found an eggless frozen waffle at the health food store but I don't think I'm up to hunting down eggless versions of everything for another 3 months. (Plus I thought the waffles kind of tasted like cardboard and DD was not thrilled either.)
