Can I take this while nursing?

Can someone take a look at this and see if you think I can take this while nursing??? The ingredients are under the picture of the bottle on the right side.

I'm pretty sure, but I can't find my RDA on Vit E (which is fat soluble so if much higher than the RDA, probably not a good idea)
