For the most part I make all of dd' s baby food with some earths best thrown in when we're traveling or trying something new. I want to try giving dd egg yolks but besides frying them I can't find any recipes using just yolks. I was thinking that they would work perfectly for a custard, but I can't find any baby recipes for this and the "adult" ones have a lot of sugar. Does anyone have any baby friendly recipes that use just yolks?

What about mini quiches or frittatas?

As far as custards go, I'm wondering if you could make it with applesauce (or apple juice) instead of sugar...

I would hardboil the eggs and eat the whites myself. Or make deviled eggs and use the leftover yolks that won't fit back in the whites to give to the baby. (before I added the spices, mayo, etc.)
