Well, mine returned at about 4 or 5 months PP, while I was still all-out BFing! I guess it's different for everyone!

Mine returned at 7 mos PP and we JUST stopped BFing :( I *think* a more accurate predictor is when your DC starts going a 6 hour stretch (at night) without nursing, but even that isn't foolproof! I've heard of mamas still nursing round the clock and AF returns in just a few mos PP :( SOme WOmen are just luckier than other, I guess!

I'm one of those unlucky ones that AF returns to regardless of BFing. With my son, it came at about 2 months, my daughter, at 3 months. However, it may be because my son started sleeping most of the night at just 2-3 weeks old and my daughter started sleeping through the night at 2 months. I wish I got my AF after weaning!
