What age to introduce chocolate?

Hello,

My DS is almost 3, but for his birthday there will be some children around 1 year old. I am wondering what age is recommended for introducing chocolate, I don't remember anymore :-)

This is needed to plan the cake, LOL!

Seems like, unless there's a history of
allergies, it's age 1. I know most
people use the first bday cake as
the intro to chocolate (well, at
least w/the first kids, then
with the second, anything goes!)
