HI Ladies....begging for some help!
I nursed Liv for 17 months with only one milk blister the whole time.
I have been plagued with one since Tess was born. I lance it, express the milk, and pump or nurse. I am not sure what to do,,,,it keeps coming back. i have tried all different holds and it comes back.
Any ideas? It is only in this one place....I have seen 3 lactation consultants. I also have very deep tissue pain on that same side. No medical professional can tell me why.
