Title says it all -- do you do this? If you don't what do you put milk in? My concern is that milk might make the sigg bottles GROSS and they are $$!

DON'T put milk in there. Not sure if you read my review, but cleaning it was GROSS and I had to throw one of my samples out. I still have a few sippies left, just for milk, but mostly my kiddos drink milk from big-kid cups.
I only put water in the SIGG. If I want to take milk on the go, I get the kind that is packaged like a juice box and does not require refrigeration. Parmalat and Horizon are two brands that come to mind.
