We're going on a short 2-day trip next week just to get away. The day we come home we're not coming back early. We were going to just do some fun stuff- whatever we feel like. But this time of year it gets so hot in the car, and I have to take my pump with me. I had a low mild supply issue a few weeks ago, so I've been pumping more (at work and in the mornings) in addition to nursing. Just wondering if you think it would hurt my pump to sit in the hot car all day? Is that bad for the motor? This seems like a dumb question, but just wondering.

I don't think it would hurt the motor, but I'd be worried some of the plastic parts (horns, extra bottles) might get deformed. Could you bring a cooler and keep stuff in there?

I don't know why I didn't think of that- I will do that. We have a cooler just the right size.

Thanks!
