I can't add an attachment (pic)

For some reason, I can't add an attachment - i.e. a jpg pic. I can't get the "box" where I can add in my own attachments to open. It worked fine for me on friday, but today, 1 week later, I cannot seem to get it to work. Something about a javascript error...
Help!
