Two picture avatar?

I've noticed that some posters have an avatar that toggles between two pictures - this seems like a nice way to include a pictures of both kids without making them both so teensy. But I have no idea how to do it? Please advise!

Hey Laurel, you need a program that makes an animated gif for you. I used Photoshop Elements to make Neve's. Maybe that would work for you? If you don't have a program for it, or you don't feel like trying to figure it out, you can e-mail me the pictures and I can do it for you.
