I spoke to Jill at Jolie's Boutique about the shipping
cost. I also thought that the $9.14 shipping cost was
too high for just a baby onesie.

Jill said that she would adjust the shipping weight as
low as she could. So, hopefully we will see a lower
shipping cost.

Jill also mentioned that you could try shipping your
order to a commercial address (like your work or your
husband's work address).
I tried this just to get a shipping cost estimate and
the shipping would be $7.57.
