Received 15 boxes of dresses from DBS today

UPS arrived with a stack of boxes from DBS that when stacked on top of each other, they touch the ceiling.
15 boxes contained substitute dresses and one contained the right dress, size & color. Only one was from the same designer.

I know they mentioned sending substitites, but I really didn't expect this. I'm just glad I have most of my orders shipped to me, if I didn't I would have had at least 15 calls from very confused customers.

If this situation wasn't so dreadful it would be funny.

Anyone else out there receive a surprise like this

I was surprised - but in a good way. One of my brides was waiting on an Essense of Australia gown and she e-mailed me today to say that she actually got the gown and it was actually the gown that she ordered. I'm chalking this one up to sheer dumb luck...

Do any of those dresses happen to be a San Patrick Candor, size 10, in Ivory? I'd be willing to negotiate w/whoever the bride is who got it if they don't want it...
