I have a bridesmaid who is in the millitary and was suddenly transferred. Her bridesmaid dress was shipped to her old address on June 30th and before she could re-route the package, UPS sent it back to DBS. Since they were on 'vacation' at that time, DBS was not accepting any packages so the dress has been sitting in the UPS center since July 6th.
I have spoken to UPS and they say that someone must pick up the package - otherwise I guess it just sits there forever. I'm not sure if there is time to reorder, so I guess I'm looking for a miracle.
