We at UltimateBridewire.com feel terrible about the situation poor brides are in right now and we want to help! Here is what we are trying to do:

If you put a deposit on your gown before June 15 with a check or cash (meaning, your money is gone and you have no recourse), we will attempt to get the dress from the manufacturer and just charge you our cost. We don't want brides to lose even more money!

If you paid via credit card, you should be able to do a chargeback. However, we realize you will still need your dress. And it has probably already been manufactured and is sitting in the designer's warehouse waiting for payment. We will attempt to get the dress for you, and we will honor the DBS price for the dress. Again, you poor DBS brides have been through enough stress, without having to adjust your budget.

DBS dealers, we realize that you are victims too! If we can help you out with your orders, do not hesitate to contact us!

We do not carry all the manufacturer's the DBS was affiliated with, so if we are unable to get the dress you originally ordered, if you like we will help you find another dress from another designer - same terms as above. Obviously we are not going to get rich doing this (most we probably won't make any money :-)), but we are hoping to spread goodwill among the bridal community and help brides in their time of need.
