I contacted DBS's lawyer (thanks to whoever posted their information) and they told me that DBS officially filed chapter 7 yesterday afternoon. They said documents should be sent out to persons making claims and to manufacturers in the next couple of days but definitely by the end of the week.
Hopefully, sooner than later. La Sposa won't release my dress to another bridal company to send to me until they have the documents in hand stating that DBS officially filed. ARG!!
