I am reposting this information because it has fallen way back several pages and we don't want any one to lose out on possible reimbursements. I am involved in another on line business where I lost monies, and learned that when you file with the state attorney general's office, they start their own investigation re: wrongdoing. If wrongdoing is determined, there might be a 'Victim's Fund' from which those who filed can eventually get some reimbursement...so filing this right away might be important to all dealers who lost commissions, plus the money they put out themselves to help their brides get their dresses. Also, those new dealers who paid for training within a couple months of the business closing.
