I'm short on time this AM, but remember seeing your post and wanted to reply with a couple of websites that might be helpful:

http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/index.php?

Another website that you probably have come across which has points for most restaurants/foods is:

http://www.dwlz.com

For me, recipes for main dishes weren't as big a deal for me as were snacks. I am a big muncher (plus I'm nursing) and it was important for me to find a variety of foods to use for AM/PM snacks. Best things from my perspective were RyKrisp w/ Soft Cheese; 100 cal packs, light popcorn, veggies with light ranch, Fruit, and for desserts Fat Free Choc Pudding, WW Ice Cream.

HTH -- there's also some good posts in MommyFit on WW

I LOVE Dottie's Weight loss zone - great site! Here is a good WW recipe that I love.

Eggplant Appetizer a la WW
(makes 2 servings at 3 points per serving)

6 slices of Eggplant (1/4 thick)
1 tsp. of Olive Oil
6 slices of Tomato (1/4 thick)
2 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim if poss.)
Basil
Black Pepper

1. Place eggplant slices in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Lightly brush slices with ½ tsp. of olive oil. Broil until eggplant is browned. Turn slices over and brush with remaining oil and broil until eggplant is browned.
2. Top each eggplant slice with a tomato slice and broil for an additional minute.
3. Divide the cheese between each slice and sprinkle with basil and pepper. broil until cheese is melted and golden brown.
