We recently bought an upright freezer and I finally have some much-needed freezer space that we didn't have with just our old SBS fridge-freezer. I understand that flour can be kept in the freezer for long-term storage to keep bugs away. Does anyone do this and have tips for keeping out moisture? Do you freeze other dry goods too? Sugar? Dry baking mixes? I assume you could not freeze anything with yeast in it, but I may be wrong.
TIA!
