Egg Free and Wheat Free Recipes - Any suggestions appreciated!

I've not had a chance to check out any specific cookbooks on the topic since we found out we need to deal with an Egg and Wheat allergy so I'm looking for any "tried by real moms and kids" recipes we can try.

I love Allrecipes.com for this type of thing. You can try searching for "vegan" and substitute other types of flour, or you can search by ingredients. I also checked out the health food section of my grocery store and found a lot of really good options.

I had to go without egg and wheat during an elimination diet trial with my nursing ds, and I know how hard it is to find *something* to eat. Best of luck!!

I know I'm a bit late replying, but I just saw your post... Anyway, I can't think of any recipes off the top of my head, but another online site to check out is Recipezaar.com. Foodallergy.org has a lot of info about food allergies, as well as some recipes.
