View Full Version : Sweet cherry recipes?

We picked lots of sweet cherries and I'm looking for something to do with them. We will be freezing some, eating some, but will still have a good amount left over. We've got Bings & Rainiers...any ideas? TIA!

they are a great replacement for the strawberries in strawberry shortcake.

Ooh that does sound good. Do you just slice them and serve, or do you try to make more of a sauce by putting them in a pot w/water and some sugar and heating?

Claufouti is a great way to use cherries. You can use any kind of fruit, but I think cherry tastes the best.
