Ok, she's not a new mum, it's DS#2. But her mother can't make it until Monday. There's only myself and another mum from our playgroup in town. They have no family here. I would like to bring them dinner until her mum arrives. Any suggestions and recipes for what to cook, yummy, wholesome, healthy, get that milk production going food?
