Does anyone have any relatively easy recipes that I can prepare ahead of time or just prep in advance and freeze? DD doesn't tolerate dairy in my diet and our meal prep store (Dream Cuizine) usually has dairy in at least half their recipes. I tried to prep ahead and freeze for some Rachel Ray 30 minute meals, but I would really like something that just goes straight from the freezer into the oven with no other work inolved :P
