Can I do anything with a really dry brisket besides put gravy on it? I'm so unhappy to have such a large amount of unappetizing meat in the fridge. Blech.

What about putting it in the crockpot with your favorite barbeque sauce for the day? Then you could shred it and serve it on buns. Or put it in the crockpot with a can of beef broth, half of a package of McCormick's Au Jus and a package of dry italian dressing mix. Then saute some onions and peppers with olive oil, oregano, basil, italian seasoning and garlic powder and serve on sausage rolls. I rejuvenated a horribly dry and tasteless top round roast this way.
