Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

My mom has requested that I make peanut butter kiss cookies for New Year's. Anyone have a great recipe? I hate to just look up a recipe that I don't know for sure is good. :)

My g-ma's recipe is very delicious and very easy:

1 cup PB (I use creamy Peter Pan)
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Roll into walnut-size balls and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Press Hershey's Kiss into center of ball after removing from oven. This year I used the caramel filled kisses and they were a HUGE hit!

not sure if this is the same thing, but i make the peanut butter cookie recipe on the jiff jar and putt a hersey kiss on top before cooking.

I've never actually made these but I have made several cookie recipes frm a little Land O'Lakes booklet I have and they've all turned out great. And I am not a baker.

My favorite from here are Gerri's Frosted Ginger Cookies. Awesome and sooo easy.
