Any ideas for Sea Scallops??

My subject really says it all! The only thing I ever do is grill them in butter or olive oil. Does anyone have any ideas?? TIA!

We sear them in a hot hot pan...take them out when done, throw a few drained capers in the pan, add some lemon juice and butter to make a sauce.

Spoon the sauce over the scallops....sooooo good!

Thanks! Unfortunately I didn't get your idea in time, so I had to go with the tried and true butter and olive oil - which is still really yummy. I will try your idea next time!
