Need cookbook recommendation for low carb diet

DH and I just started a diet and we are basically eating baked fish or baked chicken everynight. I need some lowfat recipes that can make these two entrees a little more interesting. I was hoping that someone could recommend a cookbook that they have enjoyed using. TIA

Phase 2 and 3 of the South Beach diet are low carb, and i have found tasty recipes that go along with them. I just checked out a recipe book from my library for phase 2 meal ideas. They also have a web site and lots of off shoot sites like this one with ideas. Good luck!
