Yesterday I put some pork chops in the slow cooker, but I left them in there too long and now they're quite dried out. Does anyone have any ideas for how to make them edible again? I hate the idea of wasting them. Thanks!

I guess depending on how they were seasoned, I would cut them up and make tacos or fried rice or something like that.

I like your thinking. They had an orange juice marinade, so they'd be fine for fried rice. The problem is that the chops are so dried out that I think they'd be just about inedible unless I can figure out some way to re-hydrate them. Any ideas for restoring some juiciness?

I'm totally picturing the dried-up turkey from the movie, "Christmas Vacation". :)
