Anyone have reviews of this cookbook?

I just saw this book on a web ad and thought it sounded like it was written for me. :) It's called "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Cover and Bake Meals." I could only find a couple of reviews on it but they were very positive. Anyone ever tried this book?
