Potluck main dish ideas- can not be kept warm easily

I can transport it in a crock pot or something but I don't remember there being anywhere to plug it in. So, I am having a brain freeze on ideas. Last year I did vegetarian chili in the crock pot.

It doesn't have to be warm. But, probably nothing that would go bad sitting out a while either (like nothing with mayonnaise).

Any ideas? TIA!

we enjoyed a honey baked ham today at a outdoor party. it was the main dish and served cold and already sliced on a platter. it was great on it's own, but could also be served with sweet hot mustard. or add some little dinner rolls/buns to bulk it up.

you could also do a spiral ham. they come pre-cooked and don't need to be heated.
