Time sensitive: will this tofu be bad?

I would post this in the cooking section, but its time sensitive. Last night I took a package of tofu out of the freezer around 6pm (I like the taste better if I freeze then unfreeze before cooking), I meant to put it in the fridge before I went to bed but forgot, so it was out from 6pm until about 7:30 am. It was frozen when I first took it out at 6pm, so do you think it is still safe or should I trash it? I had hoped to use it for dinner tonight.

I'd feel safe using it. It is not poultry or fish. But then again, I push the limits here.
