Trike Help

I've tried to read the archives but I'm SO CONFUSED!!! DD turns 2 next week, and we want to get her a trike for Spring. She LOVES riding on our neighbor's trike, but it's really unstable (I think it's a radio flyer). I know I want to get a Kettler/Kiddi-O trike, but I don't want to spend over $100 - I figure next summer we'll get her a balance bike (she's only 30 inches tall, or I would just go for a balance bike now. She can barely reach the pedals of any trike she's sat on as it is).

I have store credit at Toys R Us (WHY don't in laws listen when I tell them I don't want DD to have obnoxiously loud, plastic, made in china toys???), so buying it there is a plus. It this a good one? http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2756796
(sorry, I can't figure out the new forum and how to post attachments. Or smileys for that matter). I don't really need the canopy on it, but I figure that comes off. Does the push bar come off easily? I also like that it has a harness (although I don't know if we'd actually use it all the time), and that it has air tires.
