What to do with carseat?

I'm about to purchase a new seat for my 2 yr old son and move my 6 month old to his current seat (Britax Boulevard). What do I do with my Graco Snugride infant seat? I was going to sell it on ebay, but decided it may not be wise to do that in case whoever bought it installs it wrong, gets in a car wreck , and their child dies and then decides to sue me stating I sold them a faulty seat. SO, what can I do with this carseat? Is there someplace to take it?

As long it's in good/uncrashed condition, not recalled, includes all parts and labels and manuals, then it's fine to pass on or resell (I suppose it's possible an ebayer might sue you, but it's certainly unprecedented...). How about a local women's shelter or crisis pregnancy center?
