Has anyone used Otel.com to book a hotel. There's a great rate for a hotel in Vancouver, I'm going for a conference. The rate is 1/2 that of other places like Expedia or the hotel's website. I just want it to be reputable, and that there will be a room. You have to pre-pay for the stay and you print out a Prepaid Travel Voucher. I don't want to turn up and there be nothing. My MIL had trouble with Expedia and a flight being cancelled, but no one called her.
