ok my head is spinning!
after having my second baby I realize my body is not so elastic anymore. I need to get my butt in gear, literally. I want to do a set of winsor pilates, but there are just SO many options.
does anyone have the "magic circle" series? are they effective? which set is the best?
if not, what's the best overall workout set from winsor? thanks!
