Where to tether RF in Odyssey?

my dear niece just moved to a Marathon. My sis drives an Odyssey (not sure what year) and can't find a place to tether because of the way the seat tracks are designed.

Anyone have any ideas?

If it's 2004 or older, there is a metal bar under the front seats that works great. It has a plastic trim piece over it, but it is a solid metal bar. Here's a picture of the driver's side (passenger side is similar, but you have to take the drawer out to thread the strap around):

For newer ones, I think it is harder to find a good spot, but maybe someone here can help.

In the 2002 Odyssey, there is teather point under each of the 2nd row capatins chairs -- that is what I used when my DS was rear-facing (he's almost 5 now).

The tether anchors on the captains chairs are for forward facing. It is recommended for rear-facing that you tether straight down or toward the front of the car. Britax has at times verbally said "no" to wrapping it down and under a seat to the tether anchor, but it is not prohibited in the manual, so it's kind of a gray area. The bar under the front seats is very easy to use, but you could also tether straight down to the seat leg or the bar where the seat attaches.

We have a 2006 Odyssey and tethered on the bar under the front row seats. You have to remove the plastic cover to get to the bar and then use the D ring.

Just wanted to add that in the 2005 and newer Odys, I have been unable to find a RFg tether point 2nd row driver's side outboard.

Do I have to tether a RF marathon? I have twins in the 2nd row captains chairs, but have them side by side so there is an "aisle" by the door.

I appreciate your bumping this thread. I've sent it to DH who likes to tether, but saw how someone else went under the seat to the TT spot. Now he'll have a better way to do it this weekend.
