Where is the manufacture date located?

I was wondering if you could tell me where the manufacture date is located on the car seats? I have a snugride I bought in 2004 and a marathon in 2005 but I can't find the dates on the car seats. I only have the box for the snugride still but also cannot find the manufacture date. Just wondering since I know the expiration is 6 years from the manufacture date. Thanks in advance.

There should be stickers on the bottoms of the seats and on the bases (and even a sticker on the outside of the box, at least Britax does that). Or take the cover off and look inside. I don't think they are usually very hard to find (I hope they haven't fallen off!)
