Homemade bubble blowing liquid?

I feel like years ago I saw a recipe for making your own bubble blowing liquid. Does anyone do this or know how to?

I use a recipe from the Clean House Clean Planet book to make bubble solution for DD. A friend is borrowing my book right now though, so I don't have the recipe handy. It's just water and liquid dish soap (like Dawn), with the option to add glycerin if you want to (I don't cause I haven't found glycerin at the store yet). Hopefully someone else has the book handy, or another recipe with the proportions for you!
