Baby Jogger Performance Single $139.93 at REI today only

Just saw this on REI as todays deal, seems like a great price. Regular price is $320.00. Does anyone know if the front wheel swivels or not? Any one have this stroller that can comment on it?

I have a single performance and like it a lot. The wheel does not swivel. Mine is a 2006, and to be honest, I bought it brand new at a thrift store (still in box) for $20!!!! I dont jog enough to want to pay a lot for one. I use it more for walking, so a swivel wheel would have been MUCh better
