I bought it and here's why. For $549, I'd be annoyed at all those little things. But honestly, in the $200 range, I won't find anything better and I can't spend more than that on a stroller right now. So, for $200, it's the absolute best double stroller out there, hands down. That's all.

I would totally buy this stroller if I knew it was smaller in size that my BOB Duallie - anyone know how it compares? Also - how does this one fold down? I would love something that folds down a LOT smaller than my BOB Duallie.

I'm not sure why they discounted it so much - maybe it was an error on their website. It's definitely still full priced everywhere else so I can't imagine it is being discontinued. My local store sells it for $650. This was posted on SD so there are a ton of people that bought them and are reselling them for a little profit. Check your local craigslist - there were some recently posted NIB for anywhere from $350-$500 so I'm guessing these are ones that people bought at rightstart and are now reselling. It's still a discounted price but not as good as the rightstart deal.

Oh, I'm sorry they cancelled your order. Mine arrived yesterday, I haven't opened it yet though. It's heavy in the box, the UPS guy was very nice and put it in the house for me even though my 3 dogs were trying to kiss him the whole time.

Yes, but I ordered through Amazon and was notified by Amazon when the order shipped. It was the same Right Start store, just listed on Amazon. Sorry, I'm no help here.

When did you place your order, I placed mine at 11pm on the 14th. By then, many people had replied that they ordered. I wonder if I'd have gotten my order if I didn't go through Amazon. Maybe they filled that first? Not sure how they work it.

My order was cancelled too.
I received a confirmation email when I placed my order. I never received a shipping or cancellation email though. I called in this morning and couldn't get through. I called in just now and found out that they didn't have inventory.
Now the search for a double SBS continues...

ETA: I did get an email it turns out this afternoon saying the same thing.
