I almost pursued the litigation with the neighbor who smoked. Well, they moved before I started to look for a lawyer.
Perhaps, they should be apartment buildings/areas designed for smokers only. So, they can all live together without affect other people. I just hate hate smoking!!! I wish they were laws prohibiting smoking in the public area nationwide and have the smoking rooms. So, they can be only people who breathe bad/toxic air. I can't stand smokers who smoke in front of the mall or hospitals.
We went to Disneyland the other day and were glad to see a Disney employee warn the smoker. I thought it was a common sense not to smoke in the area where there were a lot of children around. I guess smoking kill some of their brain cell.
