Any favorite TV channels/shows for fitness?

I want to DVR a few basic exercise shows (not too high impact!) for myself but DS would most likely be (trying to) participate along side.

Any recommendations?

I just heard about that channel tonight but I can't find it! I have cablevision..i'll keep checking!!

If you get any PBS stations they sometimes have fitness shows on in the wee hours of the morning. I've noticed they sometimes come and go though.
