strolli rider and a phil and teds in double

Hi,

I have a 3 yr and a 2 yr old and have used a pte3 since the 3 yr old was born - we are expecting number 3 soon and I'm wondering if a swiss strolli rider would work for the 3 or 2 year old attached to the phil and teds in double mode. We get out to walk the dog alot and I want to keep my pace up and not wait for someone walking or biking... any ideas or other suggestions...
